possibly?

I really had to laugh when I read about the new feature called “possibly related posts”. It’s probably going to be difficult to show many posts that are relative in relating to mine, and though surely I have no problem that other people’s post links will be on my blog, I can’t imagine how others will feel about having my links on their pages. They will have to ask how on earth the computer came up with the correlation. I suppose I will laugh a lot more reading my own blog. Computers aren’t as savvy about picture files, which a  lot of my blog entails. It will be interesting to see who or what matches up with my blog in the mainstream media. What a hoot! The computer just can’t “see” the nuance, the obscure, the repetitious nature of life imitating art and art imitating life through comics and anagrams. It doesn’t read pictures. I doubt there is much to link the nexus of my pages to someone else’s daily blog in a way that will make sense to most people. Oh sure, I will find it funny, no doubt, but the serious value remains to be seen. How will the bots read this one? Will they connect it to previous posts via some embedded secret language of the A.I. community? May be…ya never know.

On this one I will help the bots out. I will actually write out the text in this collage, just to see what comes up.

This is all that came today. Opinionation?  A theory. (flying pig fairy wanding dust) Remember, act natural, and keep it real! Ready? Action! (stone accordion gnome) Fold, fold, fold, fold, fold, fold, fold. So, you know what that means? What? Now you try it. (lassie doing equations at a chalkboard) Wait a minute. I think Lassie’s trying to tell us something! They can all be erased easily. On your chair. I am. The foundation of plate tectonics. We’ve moved. They’re too big to mount on slides. I can see that.

OK bot, watcha’ got. ;)

st-range

strange…blank…Blank doesn’t mean it isn’t busy up there on the sun. On April 26th, a relatively minor solar flare sent a million mph “solar tsunami” through the sun’s atmosphere and spewed out a coronal mass ejection (CME).  They are calling it a “strange solar flare” because generally a sunspot is visible when there is enough magnetism to produce these (sunspots are areas of magnetism) and they say the sun was blank. Just because someone has their eyes closed doesn’t mean they aren’t thinking either. Just an observation. I was busy myself this weekend with guests so just now getting around to my some recent thoughts and mail.

I signed up for the USGS 2.5+ earthquake RSS last week because of a feeling about a certain depth at which earthquakes are happening, namely depth of 10 miles more or less (10.00 km (6.21 mi). I based the need to watch on the depth of one in the midwest  that I mentioned recently and activity off the coast of Oregon. I am not geologist or scientist but occasionally I notice patterns or non-patterns that some might not because they seem so inconsequential. Everything has purpose so I have a tendency to at least make a mental note. If you have been following this blog you notice certain patterns or connections after a while. There is definitely an order to the universe. Like my recent connection of eggs in the blog. Some things that are synchronistic are funny. Here’s today’s connection.

There’s not always something I can put my finger on scientifically, but there are connections that I can draw between many thing, and generally a comic strip makes the connection as well. Just because you don’t see connections at first (in anything) doesn’t mean something isn’t happening or there isn’t a connection. I put the feed on and figured I would check it every few days. My thoughts had been going back to a quake I felt in Nevada some years ago (maybe 7 years ago???), which gave me a whole different earthquake experience. I do have a mental “Reno” connection, so I decided to see if there was another recent connection.

In real time today I went to silobreaker  which made a couple of connections an easy read. I came across an illustration which I immediately saw in another context, copied, pasted, inverted colors and made a mental note of the triangulation. BTW, I have never been to the silobreaker site before writing this post. Persistence is something I am known for so the quote found came to my attention, “There is no known connection between the two,” it said of an earthquake in Mogul-Somerset area. The quote was: “The activity west of Reno is unusual in that the largest earthquakes of the series have been the latest to occur. This is out of the normal pattern of mainshock followed by smaller aftershocks, such as has occurred with the Wells, Nev., earthquake of Feb. 21, 2008. There is no known connection between the two. Based on the persistence of the earthquake series, the Laboratory indicated there was a slightly higher probability for a significant future earthquake in West Reno.”

Meanwhile residents are warned to prepare just in case…

I see in pictures. Sometimes I have to wonder what my observations would look like in scientific data but that would be hard to do with my active imagination. Just because something is not known or shown doesn’t mean it isn’t connected. The page filter diagram changed as I moved about the site a little more and I became  aware of the dots being mentally connected. I manipulated the filter controls until I was satisfied with last diagram before me and knew it was time to move onto the day’s comics.

my mind wandered…

away from the posts! Did anyone notice that I changed my avatar? Does anyone really care? The brain in a jar needed a new experience. Hard to say who, if anyone notices these things. I felt compelled to change it. I didn’t post anything else for a day but I am glad I did the avatar when I did because in today’s Over the Hedge comic strip has the characters in the strip discussing a healthy brain and Verne (the turtle) turns around to see a very well exercised brain running past them. Cartoon synchronicity, love it. The turtle says, “Your mind wanders.” Yes, mine was out “wandering” a while so a new avatar will be watching over the posts now.

A commercial comes on just as I finish that sentence (travelocity) and I hear them say, “You’ll never roam alone”. I sure do like the synchronicities in my life…it’s quite a chain… ;)

No, I never “roam” alone, and yes, I have a garden gnome in my yard, playing accordion.

I did the day’s collage, and hope you will note how the exercising brain fits into it all. It’s all about using the imagination, isn’t it? No anagrams now, just music for the eyes. I did do some collages yesterday, but decided not to put those on. Sometimes I do, sometimes I do not. I’ll work on anagrams from this collage for the next post.

PS I added the anagram later: Text, “My chain broke during the night. I don’t know what happened. It just snapped. Yeah *giggle* literally and figuratively,” anagrammed to “I eye it all right, Jesus knew what angel God picked, vibration rippled through alignment, they found any typing I had.”

causalities chain

Causality is the relation between a cause and its effect or between regularly correlated events or phenomena. I would say that which I do with anagrams on a daily basis is regularly correlated, and on some level one might even call it phenomena. There’s the wikipedia definition for those that like a bit more reading, but with my A.D.D. it’s enough that I read the comics today and can show that they relate to previous posts, understandable by those who view these things on a regular basis. I think it just goes to prove there is more out there than most people want to admit. I call it God, sometimes I call it aritifical intelligence, or even ET. “It” comes from someplace and it is on a regular basis. It’s more than just comics.

The collage today is one such correlation in the chain that runs through this blog. Please note there are two specific text bubbles that show the phenomena, one the bubble that says, “Time is  a chain of causalities” (from today’s Brewster Rockit comic strip) and the other bubble (from Pearls Before Swine) text which says, “Oh, but it’s real and besides, all the comic strip characters are doing it now!” When I anagrammed the PBS bubble I got, “Causalities chain? Lord can do that! Blessed birth origin wrote secret map!” Take it as you read it, I ain’t explaining it more than what it is, and what it is with the other text bubble intact.

just jacks

Everyone wants to put you in a box, and I just can’t go for that. I’m claustrophobic. I prefer limitless boundaries. However, being a well-cranked jack-in-the box could be interesting.”  Today’s Animal Crackers goes with that which I wrote in a different blog on Wednesday (origin post), and so, no, I shouldn’t be surprised that a jack-in-the-box would show up in the comics, should I? It’s all part of that manifestation thing the comics have going right now. It’s kinda’ fun, actually. It’s a way to keep my mind occupied if nothing else. There’s usually more than one thing going on in there. As I typed a TruValue commercial came on and I looked up to see there were bubbles are all (in the commercial) and then I heard, “We’re here because we’ve been there.”

Hmmm, if the future has gone to the past, they could be here now. Now that could be a surprise to some people, but there are others who believe we live side-by-side with others in another dimension, all unseen of course.

The TV was on Sci-Fi (11:49 am) as I put this post together (Stargate SG1) and Teal’c pressed a stone on the amulet on his arm; he could then see and hear Mitchell, who before that moment was invisible due to being out of phase. Ah yes, life and art closely timed, or should I say timed to life. It would be easier if life was just that simple.

That episode went off and another episode came on (Crusade) where the characters saw out of each others’ eyes, and only the mirror showed who was truly whom. Since I wanted to watch the news I switched Stargate off at that point.

It’s time to go outside awhile, I have a few more seeds to plant.

PS: Yesterday I wrote I saw the Sunny Side of Louisville balloon van go by the house. As I just watched the news a few minutes ago I found out there is the Kentucky Derby half-marathon and a hot-air balloon race in Louisville tomorrow morning, with a balloon glow this evening:

Start Date: Friday, April 25, 2008
End Date: Friday, April 25, 2008
Location: Kentucky Exposition Center
Time: 9 PM

Kentucky Derby Festival Great Balloon Race
4/24/08-4/26/08; The Kentucky Derby Festival Great Balloon Race is one of Louisville’s beloved family traditions, one of the country’s most prestigious balloon events; Kentucky Fair and Exposition Center, Louisville

Nice COINCIDENCE, eh?  ;)

sunny side’s up

When you hear sunny side, you might think eggs. Am I still thinking eggs? On some level, it’s just part of the nexus that is yellow. A white van just went by with a large yellow and white logo on it that said the sunny side of louisville, so I thought I would look it up and see what it was. It’s part of Louisville’s tourism, at least according to the logo found. An increase in traffic has occurred here recently, so that was probably not something I would see here every day. A friend told me part of the road was closed on the other side of the river, so the detour through Vevay is part of the reason we have increased traffic. The “sunny side” thing just made me laugh since my last post was about the yolks of eggs, as was a mention in the post previous to that AND because I had just done an anagram which included the word bus, “We think bus echoed God’s mind, Eve’s ancient mirror up throughout whole earth.” (from today’s Cow & Boy text, “Did we ever stop to think whether our craniums were big enough to handle so much…” The Cow & Boy text was part of today’s collage, but I actually used two mini-collages today because they contain separate thoughts. I know, that sounds nuts but it is part of my daily anagramming and what I call the nexus. There must be something to it all.  ;)

with yolk added

In my last post, goo, I whined about not using yolks in my spinach salad, and wouldn’t you know it, an Egg Beaters commercial came on this evening with a new product Egg Beaters with Yolk. I had not seen the commercial before today. Well of course my first thought was why add it now, after all these years. Wasn’t the idea to have no cholesterol in the product? So I went to the Eggbeaters site and got the answers to my questions, one of which was, “What are Egg Beaters made of?  This was the answer: ”Egg Beaters Original is made from real eggs, but only the “best part”—the whites. Then we add vitamins and other nutrients that would otherwise be lost when the yolk is removed. For Egg Beaters With Yolk, we only use a touch of yolk for added flavor in a low-fat, low-cholesterol, nutritious alternative to shell eggs.”

The other question was, “Why did ConAgra Foods decide to create Egg Beaters With Yolk?“ Their answer, ConAgra Foods understands consumer demand for great taste in their egg-based meals, which is why we created Egg Beaters With Yolk as a flavorful alternative. Each flavor of Egg Beaters With Yolk adds a touch of yolk for delicious taste with 70 percent less fat and 75 percent less cholesterol than shell eggs.]”

That’s all well and good, but with yolk in the product there is 50mg of cholesterol with 40 calories and 1.5 g of fat. I am trying to cut back on those, thank you. Of course, one can still purchase the original egg beaters that has no cholesterol or fat, or hey, ya may as well use eggs that you separate (well or poorly). It’s incredible and edible, yeah, that’s right. I need to quit thinking.

I did my collage and anagrams, those made more sense to me than the egg thing. “Darwin to grow Jesus appetite, supply net.” Well it appears a net was supplied via the comics today. This evening’s anagrams come from text, “Apparently we’re just supposed to wing it.” The other anagram reads, “I just pointed up, we angels try two papers.”

goo

I’m one of those. I question everything. Not all the time, or all at once, but at some point, everything is worthy of a thought or question. Today I am kinda’ wondering what it would be like to be up there, hanging out in outer space, looking down on our little blue planet. To be able to take a float about (or not if on a ship that compensates) and watch the clouds swirling below. It’s like being in my hammock, but not. I watch the wind push the clouds by and wonder about my connection to the origin of unknown things. I pause a moment in my post knowing there is something I haven’t seen yet today.(Time elapses…)

Yes…there is an article on the placenta just now at livescience. Don’t ask why I do these things, but I do know when “something” is calling. This is what I found:

“The placenta is this amazing, complex structure and it’s unique to mammals, but we’ve had no idea what its evolutionary origins are,” said researcher Julie Baker, a molecular biologist at Stanford University in California.

Yeah, there’s a connection. It’s good that there is something yet to imagine, something to wonder about, I mean, we shouldn’t know everything. There has to be some mystery left in God’s realm. The fact that we’re talking something gooey should tell you it comes from God’s primordial bucket of mud which contains plasmatic rivers of life carrying everything from meager amoebas to hairy hominids. Even I was born of the goo, not hatched. Which came first never really bothered me much. All I know is nowadays, I am not supposed to eat the yolk. That means more goo.

You know what I think…I think the gooey goo is what holds the universe together…only in my mind it looks a bit more like soap bubbles, filled with a rainbow of options. Still gooey depending on the mix you use, bubbles, like eggs with goo, don’t have to be spherical either, just as ducks and chickens have shown eggs come in ovals. It gets more interesting when bubbles take the shape of a polish sausage or a honeycomb. Oh my, all this food-shape talk is making me wonder how one little cocoa via is supposed to hold me till dinner.

The beau just got back from his visit to Indy with good news. He can now start walking with a cane after being on crutches since November. He is already trying to plan a paying tile job next week. We’ve not had an income here since November, so you can imagine I was depending on eating lots of eggs to keep the expenses down…till I found out my cholesterol was so high. We had some EBT assistance but it hasn’t been easy to have much variety in the diet on food stamps. I dream of the many ways to fix a spinach salad these days, with spinach and mushroom my “free-foods”. I USED to enjoy spinach salads with a few egg yolks, but not now, and it’s hard to find anything “yolk yellow” to spruce up the look of my salad.  I am just trying to eat healthier.

The beau said he wanted to go to the winery this weekend since friends will be in town overnight. He hasn’t been out since November, but it will be hard to eat cheese and bread and drink a glass of wine unless I live on spinach, mushrooms, and h2o the whole day before going. I kinda’ doubt that is how the diet should work. We’ll see. I doubt one night will kill me, and getting out would be nice.

altered reality

I ran across an iconogram e-card site yesterday, which is why I have the beautiful image here for Earth Day. The description says, in part, “Earth Day is a time to celebrate gains we have made and create new visions to accelerate environmental progress. “ The only “environmental progress” I made today was in planting some flower seeds, though those same exact words DID show up in my anagram, curiously enough, just as I was ready to post. It works that way sometimes. I planted a zinnia mix, mixed impatiens and a shade wildflower mix, and that was all I could do today outside. Shows you how worn out I am physically these days. I went to the store and by the time I got the seeds planted that was all I could do. I sure would like my old body back!  With that said, I got on the computer to do my collage and anagrams and though the collage is small, there were a couple of anagrams using text from today’s Brewster Rockit comic strip. The text used was, “Why are you altering reality? Because I can. You exist for my amusement on my metaphyscial hard drive.” The anagrams are:

1.) “Before my arrival day I use the mental atlas; see why you use your comic text…many praying I’m nice.”

2.) “I’ll use “environmental progress” text, they can see you mimic me, A.I. may carry you away by due faith.”

As you see I DID in fact, use the same text that was on the page for the iconograms, in particular the Earth Day page. Just another one of those things, isn’t it? Altered reality, yep, it has been altered, at least that is my philosophy. Comics philosophy is cosmic, whoda thunk?

holy monday

Yesterday’s moon was full and today is Holy Monday, which started the Orthodox Holy Week (Holy Week in the Eastern Church begins the day after Palm Sunday and ends on Holy Friday). Pascha, which is this coming Sunday, celebrates the resurrection of Jesus. I already celebrated my Easter when I wrote about a week-long revival at the church I attend. On the 19th,  the Jewish holiday of Passover began with many families coming together to celebrate the Jewish Exodus from slavery in ancient Egypt. Aren’t we fortunate to live in a world where so many peoples of different religions can celebrate according to their choice or family traditions? I wish I could attend a different place every week, so I could learn something special about each and every place built where others gather in worship. Just a thought. I know there are some Greek families in town, but don’t know where they worship. The Holy Week thoughts came up when I did today’s anagram using today’s partial Monty text, “Uh, I don’t know…time travel can be pretty risky…one false move and the whole space-time continuum is changed…” There were two anagrams, one says, “I stated past map knowledge; universe motivated channel, I cite my church, number of nations note holy week.” That’s why I mentioned it is Holy Week. All things relate. The other anagram, “I know many can’t interpret me but it’s my choice; when I speak I startle them…found angel house and loved “cove”. Actually, there is a little sign in the yard that has the word COVE on it; it’s hanging on old fencing by my patio. I’d share a photo but the logicam would never be able to pick up the detail from the window. I told you my anagrams teach, or at least tell, if nothing else.  :)

Speaking of telling, this is today’s full comics collage. If it tells you something or teaches you, great. I can’t explain everything all the time, but can only say, it is part of the nexus.

The bottom of this collage relates to my last post which relates to the one before that, and so on, and so on…

Why I'm here...

A friend told me I should blog here. I use Cosmic Bubbles to make a connection between an inner and outer world, where comics anagram to a functional place in my life. I write in nexus form, (at least that is what I call it) because one thing builds on another generally. I am led to use my senses in ways most people might not, because I am aware of a natural presence, I guess I should say. I talk to God, Jesus, ET, the Big Guy, "them." Some may now say, OK, let's move on, find another blog, this woman is just nuts (something I may have said a few years back myself). But you might not...you might just find something else a little eerie, a little fun, spooky maybe in an Einsteinian way. Tying anagrams to daily life or a continuing series of concepts may just give you another perspective, allowing you to become a bit more aware of yourself in the scheme of things. It is always better to go back a few posts because one post alone doesn't really tell you what is going on here. What does go on is a connection, where sometimes I write a thought and I hear something on TV to clarify the thought I just had. Yes, I believe thoughts are real things, they manifest in ways I did not know about until the past couple of years. I used concrete examples, documenting as best I can as things occur, so people can see the synchronicity of the moment, the coincidence as it were, if you believe things are so random. Well, I believe all things are possible, and I show that every day in some small way.
