“Sure, it’s possible that aliens can hear…they love to follow inhabitant’s vision use; best if once open about cognizant life here”is the anagram I got from today’s Non Sequitur text, “A scout ship is sent to survey the planet below to see if it’s habitable for the aliens to colonize before launching an invasion.” I really doubt we will be invaded in a negative way. Humans just need a change in attitude so we can have some friendly visits from others.
Cognizant life here? Cognizant, as in “knowledgeable of something through personal experience?” Like they were once here, or that we are aware? Maybe they just watch our TV signals…Lord knows the incessant chatter box could get on anyone’s nerves. I’d turn the volume off if I were them.
I see no reason why “aliens” can’t hear us or watch our TV via signals floating around in space or see through our eyes. Why wouldn’t they be able to use our eyes considering our eyes can make a computer operate, as well as our thoughts. Surely they are light years ahead of our thinking. Just imagine. Hmmm.
At the moment I am enjoying a storyteller’s CD, Buck P. Creacy’s, as mentioned in previous posts. I hear Mr. Creacy say, from the Four Things Dad Gave Me track on the CD, “I’d give about anything if I could just sit down and share a cup of coffee” (may not be exact wording) as my eyes go back over the words I had written in the anagram.
Today is Father’s Day. My mind wanders. I think about one of the songs sung in church today, one of the words in the song was alien:
I once was an outcast stranger on earth,
A sinner by choice, an alien by birth,
But I’ve been adopted, my name’s written down,
An heir to a mansion, a robe and a crown.
from the song (A Child of the King)
Happy Father’s Day.
