The Phasmatodea came to visit this morning. His presence was very much appreciated. I felt his eyes upon me as I stepped from the tub, just prior to church, and sure enough there was a large walking stick on the outside of the bathroom window’s glass. I was unsure how he got there, but I wasn’t sure if he could go anywhere else. I removed the window, found a stick outside and gently slid it under his body until he felt safe enough to grab on. He allowed me to take his picture prior to setting him outside. I was so excited to see him I didn’t even bother to put clothes on. I did all that in my towel, even taking the digital camera out for a photo of him outside. The beau said he needed a camera to take a photo of me in a towel taking a photo of an insect.
This is the logicam photo. Some things are more important than clothing,

Speaking of insects…
I grew up with crickets galore in the country in Cincinnati, and generally they were the big, fat, mostly black field crickets that did the most chirping, not the funny brown striped things here in Madison, Indiana. Needless to say, I was surprised to see one sitting at my feet while at the computer the other night. I haven’t seen a black cricket since I left Cincinnati. No, I did not kill him, I just watched him a while and then went back to what I was doing. Life is about observing, you know. So the next day, I saw some comics that fit into the whole art imitates life thing.
The collage’s anagram mentions mind reading. Hmmm, I did kinda’ start on the insects about the “mind reading” post. It was funny when I posted that the photo of the spectacled guy was the link, and after a week it was apparently changed to some guy on the side of a mountain. Maybe I should have left it like that for a little more humor.
What do you think?

I picked up a new book last night, Physics of the Impossible, and read this excerpt (and if you read that excerpt which is mostly about Faraday’s “force fields”, it helps tie things in here a little better). Today’s collage includes a force field reference, part of it from one of today’s comic strips, on the fastrack, coincidentally. I especially liked this information:
*”Because of Faraday’s poverty-stricken youth, he was illiterate in mathematics, and as a consequence his notebooks are full not of equations but of hand-drawn diagrams of these lines of force. Ironically, his lack of mathematical training led him to create the beautiful diagrams of lines of force that now can be found in any physics textbook. In science a physical picture is often more important than the mathematics used to describe it.”
Yeah, I understand that. I’m “lacking” in mathematics as well. But I got plenty of pictures. ;) A little further down on the page it says, “Faraday’s “force fields” which were previously thought to be useless, idle doodlings, were real, material forces that could move objects and generate power.”
Ah yes, an inspiration to us all. The physics of the impossible…hmmm. There is a reason my mantra is with God all things are possible…
I keep hoping others will see the “universe” can be a fun place to make the connections.
Nothing is impossible.

“Look how they reached, Lord! For what it’s worth, it took imagination to see Mount Snuffleupagus in random letters. How’d you figure that out? You think Christ put that in? Money in junk at the Piggly Wiggly. ” There is an old (closed a long time ago) Piggly Wiggly store in Madison, Indiana that is piled high with antiques and junk inside. I would imagine there’s money in that.
It’s amazing the stuff that comes up in my anagrams. Today it’s the snuffleupagus mountain. I did a search and found this muppet-wiki link for Mt. Snuffleupagus. I suppose if my children were still small I would have more information about Mount Ihu Papa’a Lo’ihi Nui (Mount Snuffleupagus) but it was really before their time. They weren’t even born when Sesame Street ran episode 1094.
I know, you are wondering how I got Mount Snuffleupagus from looking at the text in the collage. It popped right out at me, of course!
The anagram comes from this:
It was the Jelly in the Donut headline at Space.com that got me into the snuffleupagus thing today, or maybe just Leonardo talking to me, who knows. How do you suppose I could see snuffleupagus in that. The words, “our home” and “Figure 2″ in the jelly donut story took me to figure two… which shows the “inside of Snuffy’s house”.
When combined with highly detailed observations, that put the punch in the picture, or the jelly in the donut.

Oh what a day. Not getting much done today, other than a load of laundry, ham-bean soup, chattin’ with a friend, some comics, anagrams and computer work, if anyone could call it that. On the ancient one (Mac i-pod) it takes forever and a day to do anything, mainly because I have a hard time seeing the desktop. That screen seems to set off my migraines too, so everything s l o w s down.
It was nice to think of Snuffy today.

“People of stonehenge had the world antenna and they kept the shrine. If I can think big here, note I believe I include Lord’s Truth, third planet’s route to the Universe … I love the positive “account”. That last little bit about “account” has something to do with the Heisenberg Uncertainty Principle I looked up the other day. One of the webpages gave the layman’s definition:
“You cannot measure/observe something without changing that which you are measuring/observing.”

Today’s anagram comes from the text I anagrammed yesterday in my post eight two eight two oh
oh eight, getting, “None that put science first disappoint the Christ; do not believe that Einstein would change order. Though ET live the unthinkable life, they look here and the red planet. I prove one universe.” The text came from a larger collage in the previous post, mouse written tongue.
Oh, BTW, the “layman’s definition also said, “…it appears to refute scientific method. This is far from the truth. It simply means you must account for it.“
So I did.

“None that put science first disappoint the Christ; do not believe that Einstein would change order. Though ET live the unthinkable life, they look here and the red planet. I prove one universe.” I didn’t put this anagram up yesterday so here is the link to yesterday’s collage. I did do anagrams, just didn’t post this one. The text used was, “Even though I think it’s stupid…people never learn. Oh, I doubt that. She needs to learn…No…that would violate the Heisenberg uncertainty principle. He never noticed the difference! Look at this!”
“Do you want me to come in and have a word with her?”
The comics begin conversation anew. The last one ended with, “I prefer to think of it as keeping it real.” There are times when the comics make their own little reality show. I’m not sure how many comic strips I look at in a day, but it takes an hour or so to go through them before I can choose what makes it into the collage of the day. Sometimes I get a lot of them, sometimes only a few, but there have been times when I have more than I can use and the direction (of whatever I saw in it) changes. Slow day here. A readable conversational comics collage for your enjoyment:

“I’ll present the unseen wonders of the natural world including mysterious creatures otherwise invisible to you.” Today’s anagrams: “You’re on a roll. When Spirit calls show us mouse-written tongue; incredible revelatory truth…sun sense identified.”
“When Creator’s mouse-written tongue shows up you still learn seriously incredible truth…I did alert Seven of Nine.” You know who Seven of Nine is, don’t you? Star Trekkies do. Today’s collage was fun; the collaboration is conversational, so I hope you get it.

“I love to talk with God. Jesus knew Holy Ghost used faith invitation. Just imagine how ET got a real earth radio. We want data to be live.” That’s the anagram from using the text in the first section of the collage made from today’s comics. It’s amazing to me how many anagrams contain references to the Trinity. I guess that’s what’s in my head and that’s what the anagrams pull out. There is a science to it, and without following a couple of rules I might never get them right. Rules, well, they’re unwritten, of course, you just gotta know ‘em by heart.

I’ve got that song stuck in my head, “…the spheres’re in commotion…the elements in harmony.” Funny how some stick for days. Actually this is the second day for this one. I guess because of yesterday’s crop circle’s seven spheres under a 7 point star. I don’t normally pay much attention to crop circles but that one caught my attention for some reason. Maybe a Pleidian thing or the heptagram’s reminder of ancient alchemy, who knows. Every now and then I feel something call.

I came across this Man or Astro-Man Wikipedia illustration under Needles in the Cosmic Haystack today, showing a couple of mistakes. Yeah, I have been known to make one or two myself. I just thought this one amusing because I read today they “have found a cosmic needle in a haystack, aka 2XMM J083026+524133. It was right there, hiding all along…until serendipitously detected. Hmmm. Must be the way things are stacking up these days.
Not talking waffles or pancakes here, though the idea is making my mouth water. I am getting ready to make some cheesecake so that will have to do. Uh, oh, getting off course again. We’re talking cosmic haystack on the blog this entry, a gamma go round. I wonder if anyone noticed today’s (newest) discovery before it was written up, XMM-Newton’s massive discovery. We (humans) have missed many obvious celestial objects, galaxies, asteroids, etc, sometimes these things are in full view. I put an antenna in this post just to see if anyone would notice it. If I didn’t point it out would you have seen it? I knew it would be difficult to detect which is why it was put there.
On July 18 there was an article that XMM-Newton had discovered an exploding star in the Milky Way. So they found something everyone missed and wrote about that special little “twist” as they called it, because it was in full view of lots of stargazers. Nice site: ESA. I went there today for the first time to look for the news of the day, “XMM-Newton has discovered the most massive cluster of galaxies seen in the distant Universe until now.”

Today’s crop circle reminds me that in my last post (blinded with science) I used seven stars to show where I got text for the anagram I did. I realize the crop circle does not contain seven stars, but it does contain one star with seven points. I also noticed the resemblance between these two “mice”: BIG mouse and little mouse. It’s funny “little mouse’s” picture is labeled “big mouse” in the internet address.

“Our angels think you won’t be disappointed by Heaven. Glad how God involved you, V? He wanted you to shake life up a little by putting His Word to everyone. Data shows us a flattened universe; it’s usually hidden. Look higher. Thank Him.”
Two readable collages. The song played, She Blinded Me With Science.

The spheres’re in commotion
The elements in harmony
She blinded me with science
