ghostly clues

“Ye see, William Wilberforce took some time to prove something to one of you…so we use “Little” home we built to keep. Funny, it usually matters to town history if a family stays in one house so many years. It looks like a Brushfield heir, on the record, last occupied this house. FYI, it was Elva Little, daughter of Arthur. Coincidence of my eye?” A fine anagram (text comes from comics bubbles in the purple field of the collage). As part of my research, it is true, Elva Little was the last Brushfield name I have on the record, as to who owned or occupied this house. And yes…William Wilberforce was a Brushfield too. How do the comics do it?
